SALTT Daily Minerals is a liquid mineral concentrate sourced from the Great Salt Lake in Utah. It contains the electrolytes sodium, potassium, magnesium and chloride, along with iodine, chromium, manganese, molybdenum, boron, copper and zinc. It has no flavours or sweeteners, so it tastes salty and bitter.

Directions
Take 1 tablespoon a day, mixed into water, a drink or food. For little to no salty taste, mix with 500 mL of water. Adding lemon or lime juice can help with the mineral taste.
