Sup Yo Click & Collect gives you the convenience of online shopping — without the wait. Order online, pay securely, and pick up your supplements from our local pickup point once your order is ready.

How It Works

1. Shop online: Add your favourite supplements, electrolytes and performance products to your cart.
2. Choose “Click & Collect” at checkout: Select the pickup option instead of home delivery.
3. Wait for your confirmation: You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
4. Collect your order: Bring your confirmation email or ID when picking up your order.

Your pickup location and instructions will be included in your confirmation email. Our Click & Collect service operates during normal business hours.

When will my order be ready?

We’ll email you once your order is packed and ready — usually within 1–2 hours. Please don’t come to collect before receiving the ready-for-pickup email.

What do I need to bring?

Bring your confirmation email (digital or printed).

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes — simply reply to your confirmation email or contact us to authorise another person. 

How long will you hold my order?

We’ll hold your order for up to 7 days after it’s ready. If you need extra time, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I switch to delivery after ordering?

If your order hasn’t been collected or packed yet, get in touch and we can arrange delivery for a small postage fee.
