Venture Pal Hydration Boost (Cherry) is an electrolyte powder in 16 single-serve sticks. Each stick contains 400 mg sodium plus vitamins B3, B5, B6, B12 and C. Mix one stick into about 475 mL of water for a cherry-flavoured drink with zero sugar.

Directions

1. Empty one stick into approximately 475mL of water.
2. Shake or stir thoroughly until dissolved.
3. Add more water for a lighter flavour if preferred.
