Ancient Lakes Keto Blend is a blend of salt from Lake Deborah in Western Australia, concentrated ionic magnesium and potassium. One 3 g serve (½ teaspoon) provides 810 mg sodium, 210 mg potassium and 12 mg magnesium.

Directions

Mix ½–1 teaspoon into 500 mL–1 L of still or sparkling water. Add lemon or lime juice, or flavour drops, to taste. It can also be used on food in place of regular salt.

Warnings

Contains 810 mg sodium per ½ teaspoon. Not suitable for people on a sodium-restricted diet.
