Ancient Lakes Mineral Balance Salt is a natural Western Australian lake salt with Ancient Lakes’ ionic magnesium bitterns returned to it, giving a magnesium content of 4400 ppm. Use it in place of table or cooking salt. It is naturally damp, so it does not clump.
