Melrose Peak Hydration Blackberry Lemonade is an electrolyte powder made with coconut water powder, salt, magnesium citrate and potassium salt, flavoured with natural blackberry lemonade flavour and sweetened with thaumatin. The pack contains 20 sachets.

Directions
Empty sachet into 300 mL of cold drinking water and stir well, or shake in a water bottle. Do not mix with cordial, fruit juice or soft drinks.
