Directions

Adults: take 4 to 6 tablets daily, or as advised by your healthcare professional. Take one tablet at a time with a glass of water.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 years of age, or have heart disease, high blood pressure or kidney disease, consult a doctor before use.
