Dr. Hydrate Yuzu Lemon is an electrolyte powder with no added sugar and no artificial flavours. Each serve contains 210 mg sodium, 160 mg potassium, 160 mg calcium and about 63 mg magnesium, with B vitamins, zinc and selenium, plus L-glutamine, acetyl-L-carnitine, seaweed (Lithothamnion) and a probiotic (Bacillus coagulans).
