Serving size 1 mL (20 drops): magnesium 104 mg, chloride 337 mg, calcium 6 mg, sodium 3 mg, potassium 2 mg, iron 16 mcg, boron 15 mcg.

Ingredients

Concentrated Mineral Drops (CMD): a natural sea mineral concentrate containing up to 72 naturally occurring trace elements. Seasonal variations may occur. Minor crystallisation may occur and does not affect the product.

Directions

Take 1 drop per 3 kg of body weight (for example, 20 drops for 60 kg), diluted in drinks through the day or split between morning and evening in a glass of water. To flavour reverse osmosis, deionised or distilled water, add 20–40 drops per 3.8 litres, or to taste.

Warnings

Taking too much magnesium at once may have a laxative effect.

Not recommended for children unless advised by a health professional.

Stop using if any adverse reaction occurs. Do not use if the seal is damaged or missing.
