BTB Everyday Electrolyte is an unflavoured electrolyte powder for the daily drink bottle: one teaspoon (5 g) in 500 mL of cold water. Each serve has 300 mg sodium and 600 mg potassium with no sweetener, so there's no flavour to clash with your gels. Kids 3 and over take half a teaspoon.
