How to Use
Shake well before use. Take 1.2ml, approximately 1/4 tsp or 24 drops, daily with juice or food to help mask the concentrated mineral flavour.
Trace Minerals recommends spreading the serving throughout the day and taking it on a full stomach. Start with a half serving if you have a sensitive stomach. Do not refrigerate.
