Ingredients

Magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, ashwagandha root extract, Lion’s Mane fruiting body extract, vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, sea salt, potassium citrate and zinc gluconate.

Other ingredients: Gum arabic, citric acid, natural flavour, stevia leaf extract, beta-carotene, beet juice powder, paprika, turmeric and silicon dioxide.

Directions

1. Empty one stick into 240ml of cold water.
2. Stir or shake until fully dissolved.
3. Adjust the amount of water to suit your preferred flavour strength.
4. It may also be mixed into juice or a smoothie.
