Ingredients
100% Almond kernels (that have been blanched), Whole Egg Powder, Baking Powder & Salt.
How to make
20g of Butter
50g of Shredded Mozzarella
Cheese
Tbsp of Water
Make: Add butter & cheese into a bowl and heat in microwave (900w) for 45 seconds. Do not stir when finished.
Empty contents of this pack into the bowl. Add water. Mix the ingredients in a circle. Use your palms to make it into a ball (this can be messy).
To make your pastry shape: roll the pastry out in between two sheets of baking paper.
Create: your own pastry dishes by adding your own ingredients to make pies, sausages rolls or pastry sweets.
Cook: in the oven at 180C until cooked.
To make a pie: use a pie tin, keep a 1/4 of the pastry aside, roll out the 3/4 of pastry in between two baking paper sheets and place in pie tin. Add your cooked pie ingredients. Roll out the remaining 1/4 and place on top. Place in the oven at 180C for 10 -15 minutes.
