Ingredients
Flavoured Re-Lyte Electrolyte Powder (5 calories per serving)
Redmond Real Salt
Potassium citrate
Magnesium malate and magnesium glycinate
GMO-Free citric acid
coconut water powder
natural flavours (lemon, lime, blueberry)
stevia leaf extract
Directions
Mix one stick into 500–750 mL of water, adding more or less water to taste. Let it sit for at least 30 seconds, then shake again for 10 seconds.
Re-Lyte uses no anti-caking agents, so it needs a little extra mixing. Some sediment at the bottom of the bottle is normal: it is the trace minerals from Real Salt.
