A single Sodii Raw Electrolyte Honey gel, for testing in training before race day or topping up your gel stash. Each 34 g sachet is Western Australian marri honey with Lake Deborah salt, giving 25 g carbohydrate and 400 mg sodium. Take it before or during exercise, with water.

How to use

Consume one sachet before or during exercise. May be repeated every 30 to 60 minutes during prolonged activity. Always consume with adequate water intake.
